Eve E attended Fashion Show for House of Harlow. She is wearing 1960’s jewelry collection by socialite Nicole Richie, ripped jeans, a little black vest and some black boots. I think her hair is a hot ass mess and her makeup and outfit compliment's that. But what do you guys think Hott Or Not?
