For today's "Hott Or Not" I decided to go with Lil mama at the "MTV Movie Awards." Lil Mama hit the carpet in this blue cocktail dress custom made by Betsy Johnson, yellow pumps, blonde and brown hair, and a pink clutch. Is it me or is Lil Mama always super bright? But I will say she looks better than when I usually see her.
