    Who Wore It Better??

    Ciara rocked this skirt at the Rap-Up 4th Anniversary. Trina wore the same skirt on the set o0f her new video shoot. I am going to go with Ciara, but who do you guys think "Wore It Better??"

    It's a bad angle on Trina, and I can't really see. But given the evidence in front of me, it appears Ciara does do this skirt a bit more justice.
